Subba Rao (Born on 1972 ) from Kakinada, Andhrapradesh, India is founder president of Rayavarapu Satyabhama Seva Sangam in the year of 2011 and she involved in Social work with people to support them through difficult times and ensure that vulnerable people, including children and adults are safeguarded from harm. she enters to dedicate her life for the social activities, she does it by heart.
