This is to certify that Master Lucky (Chintha Sai Narasimha Reddy), a young and talented Taekwondo athlete from AYAAN Taekwondo Academy, Tadipatri, Anantapuram District, Andhra Pradesh, has exhibited exceptional courage, strength, and discipline in Taekwondo at a very young age. A student of Grade VII at Gurukul EM School, Tadipatri, and son of Mr. Chintha Nilakanta Reddy and Mrs. Chintha Swathi, he successfully performed a 100 Fire Tiles Breaking With Single Hand Stunt using advanced Taekwondo techniques. This highly challenging and risky stunt was performed under expert supervision with complete safety precautions during the 2nd Open District Taekwondo Tournament, held on 04 January 2026 at Lakshmi Balaji Function Hall, Putlur Road, Tadipatri.
