GRACIOUSLY PARTICIPATED AS THE CHIEF GUEST AT THE 3RD WORLD TELUGU CONFERENCE,

His Excellency Sri Dharambeer Gokhool, Honourable President of the Republic of Mauritius, graciously participated as the Chief Guest at the 3rd World Telugu Conference, held from 3rd to 5th January 2026 in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India, organized by the Andhra Saraswatha Parishath under the distinguished chairmanship of Dr. Ghazal Srinivas. Through this historic participation, His Excellency became the first Head of a Sovereign Nation in the past forty years to attend a World Telugu Conference in the capacity of Chief Guest. This landmark occasion significantly strengthened Indo–Mauritius Telugu cultural relations and underscored the global recognition and enduring heritage of the Telugu language and culture. In recognition of this exceptional milestone, the achievement has been officially acknowledged and recorded in The Telugu Book of Records under a special category.
