Sri Vinakota Venkata Buchiraju  S/o  Venkata Rao ( Born on 12-05-1966 ) of Anakapalli, Greater Vishakapattanam, Andhrapradesh, India. was collecting by hobby  since 25 years  and till now.  ” Used Bath Soaps  Wrappers” in huge number of collection in Total 1800  (Indian made only) . This unique collection secured place in Telugu Book of Records.
