Murthy (born on June 20, 1953) of West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, has founded an organization \u2018Sri Ghantasala Gana Sabha\u2019 in the year 1992 and then the organization built a small temple on the name of famous Telegu Artist, Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao, at Ananthapalli, West Godavari Dist, Andhra Pradesh, on June 11, 2006.
